Each AC Products series will have items that come in multiple mounting methods. Base part numbers will begin with BA, SA, BF, BC, etc. to designate them. Not every piece will be available each way, there are some limitations. Graphic on each series page will give the complete list of base part numbers for the series you are viewing.

Any AC Products reference to color # C50 Whiter White will now be supplied with color C34 Ice White. AC Products says the two colors are the same. Please order any bright white items (brighter than the standard white) as color C34 Ice White.

C34 Ice White is the way to go if you are matching to the famous Subway tiles.

Any AC Products reference to color # C50 Whiter White will now be supplied with color C34 Ice White. AC Products says the two colors are the same. Please order any bright white items (brighter than the standard white) as color C34 Ice White.

C34 Ice White is the way to go if you are matching to the famous Subway tiles.

You might think that they look different in the picture to the left, but our camera picked up glare on the right side and made the left side of the picture look flatter. We actually could not see a difference between the whites and wondered why they had two of the same color. They were just matching to two different "brands" of tiles and discovered that they were identical after all.

The two sample boards shown below are available. They are $30 each and we would set either or both up
as a direct ship to you. These are for showroom and sales purposes. Contractors and designers, if you would
like to order a board, please call or e-mail us. The back of each board contains part numbers for all items
in that series, measurement info, and other valuable information. They are very nicely assembled.
 

STOCKING UPDATE: As certain AC Products pieces in various colors show some popularity, we will choose to stock them in small to modest quantities. Thus far, items we are choosing to stock are:
The BR796 TP holder in C1, C3, C5, C16, C34, C70, M31, M66, M81, BR996-S909, and S910 colors.
The BR794 soap dish in C1, C3, C5, C34, C70, M66, BR994-S909, and S910 colors.
The BR797 shower caddy in C1, C3, C5, C16, C34, C70, M31, M66, and M81 colors
The BM782 tumbler holder in C1 and C5 colors.
The BM725 soap dish in C1 and C5 colors.
The BM777 TP holder in C1 and C5 colors.
The BA730, BF730, and BC730 versions of the 730 towel bar in C1, C3, and C5 colors.

In 2010, we might end up stocking all Series 700 pieces in C1 white. Bone, black, biscuit and other colors will gradually work into our stock routine as they show popularity.
Other items generally take 2 weeks (sometimes up to 3 weeks) for us to receive them. As more items become popular, we will start stocking more. Items we stock will ship right away from us. Direct ships are available, certain minimums apply.

For contractors and hotel renovators, if you require large quantities for your big projects, please inquire about pricing. We can discount moderate to huge orders. A moderate order is considered to be 20 or more pieces of the same item.

A note about AC Products return policy:
AC Products items that we choose to stock due to their popularity are returnable to us within 60 days of purchase. Returns will not be accepted past 60 days. As this product line grows for us and we determine which items prove popular, we will expand our stock line. It will vary by color as well. As of the initial web posting of this product line, the BR794 recessed soap dish and BR796 recessed TP holder are being stocked in white, bone, and black. Colors such as biscuit, almond, ice white, and matte white may soon prove worthy of stocking for quicker shipments. The BR797 shower caddy and some of the mud-set items we believe we will be stocking quite soon. We still have abundant stock on many Lenape items and will continue to sell Lenape until those items are exhausted.

AC Products has a return policy that states, returns to them must be made within 60 days of our purchase of the product AND all returns are subject to a $25 return fee. That is their policy. Stock items we stock will not be subjected to those terms. But items we do not stock, slow movers or odd colors, will have to follow those terms. So technically, any item, or order, under $35 to $38 in value is not worth returning when return freight cost is considered. This is why we have posted the two complete color cross reference charts above. If you know your tile brand and color, go by that chart. If items are ordered and the color does not work out for you, we cannot accept back, and later return the items to ACP if their collective value is under $38. It just does not make sense. (Please realize that if you return a $25 item and it costs $9 to $13 for you to ship it back, we cannot refund anything because ACP is charging $25 for accepting the return. Please do not spend extra money shipping it back, there will be no return value.)

Our suggestion is, if you are uncertain about a color, refer to the cross reference chart first. We do not have a minimum order. So if you want to order one robe hook, or soap dish, or one of anything you need in a special color, you can do that. If the color works out, you can order the remainder of the items you require afterward. If you are certain about the color, feel free to order your entire order at once. Non-stock orders that meet ACP's minimum order can be set up as direct ships from ACP to you. Small orders will have to come to us first and then we will ship them. Items in their standard colors seem to ship reasonably quickly from them. Their extended color list can take 2 to 4 weeks for production time, unless they have a few extra already made in that color.
