Arclamp
swivel head over-the-top halogen lighting systems

Where lighting is needed from above, and directed from above. The BLG1 has a swivel head and light can be directed from above your cabinets or display cabinets onto the surface you choose. The arclamp is great for upper cabinets with glass doors or an open look. Lights can be spaced closer together for a brighter application, or distanced farther apart to create more of a mood display lighting. Great for corners of the living room or bathrooms too. The arclamp is more of a showpiece light to throw attention onto specific objects.

The graphic below is from the Hera Lighting catalog. If difficult to read on your screen, it generally prints very well.
Please note that the line art specs showing the BLG1 and BLG2 are not proportional. The BLG1 has a 12-1/4" arm, the BLG2 has a 25-1/2" long arm.

On the Hera page above, brushed aluminum is now called matt chrome.

In the price grid below, the BLG1 lights are the 12-1/4" long with the swivel head. The BL1 non-swivel lights, and the BLG2 swivel head light with 25-1/2" long arms are available, and are special order. The BLG1 will come standard with a 20 watt MR16 halogen bulb. 35 watt and 50 watt versions of the light are available. These are also special order and can be priced upon request. Please note that if using 35 watt or 50 watt bulbs, you will be able to hook up only one light per UC60FT transformer and two lights to the UK120TW transformer. Transformers have overload protection and will not turn on if wattage exceeds their rating. 35 W and 50 W versions are more expensive, as is the BLG2 with the longer arm.

PLEASE NOTE that Hera transformer do have printed on them: 120V input, and 12V output. All the specs written out below are from the Hera catalog. The transformers do push out 11.5 volts and this increases transformer and light longevity.
