Quality Doors Series 500 Mitered Raised Panel Doors

Three color image sample door pictures, line art denoting the various choices you have, profile links, and a table showing your various wood species will display below. Finish availability varies by wood species. Doors can be ordered unfinished or finished. Watch the minimum size requirements in the charts below.

What you need to know about series 500 doors: You will have to select a door design from the line art below, and then a panel, and "allowed" edge profile to create the look you will like. Profiles can be viewed on the profiles page.

You also need to select a wood choice, and then state unfinished, or select from one of the finish choices for that wood. Many profiles are allowed for glazing, some cannot be glazed. More detailed info on that is on the wood finishing page.

You will need to provide quanity and size info. Doors can be bored for concealed hinges. For series 500 doors you can just state "bore" since there are no arch top choices. If hinge up and down placement is different from the norm, such as 4" OC from the bottom and 3-1/8" OC from the top, then left or right boring will become important to note again. This is only if you have special placement due to various reasons.

This is a slightly more complicate series to order from. Because of the various panel, and edge choices, and approx. 17 door designs, a couple thousand different looks can be created. Along with frame only options and mullion door choices.

Please note at the bottom of this second graphic, there is a table that shows which edge choices are allowed with each door design. There are restrictions. You cannot mix and match as freely as with series 300 doors. Frame widths are not variable for series 500 doors. On the ordering form, you will not select a frame profile. The design number of series 500 doors designates the frame.
