We will be spending the greater part of 2010 adding web pages to the WalzCraft section of our web site. The door selections from WalzCraft are incredible. We invite you to visit their web site at www.walzcraft.com to see what we mean. To begin, we are going to show their RTF (rigid thermal foil) door and drawer front selections. This page will show their color catalog pages and then some black and white spec guide pages so you can select door and drawer front styles. On the color pages, there are design names such as Aurora, Chandler, Henderson, etc. These designs are popular profile choice combinations as illustrated by the cut views under each color door picture. We have enlarged those views also so you can get a better idea of how your door contours will look.
We want to emphasize
that the design names DO NOT mean that the door shown is available only in the way it is shown. Thus the Overland (S412) is shown in door style 518 and drawer front 518 and then in the antique white color. If you would like to have the Overland profile combination in door style 519, you can. If you would like door style 515, 516, etc. with the frame/panel/edge combination known as Overland (S412), that is how you can order it, AND in any RTF color!
Example: you would like square top doors on your base cabinets and Roman arch top doors on your upper cabinets:
order your base cabinet doors as style 518 Overland (S412) in Samba Cherry RTF, order your upper cabinet doors as style 519 Overland (S412) in Samba Cherry RTF.
If you would like raised panel drawer fronts, order DF-518 Overland (S412) in Samba Cherry.
But if you wanted slab drawer fronts, order style 500-D15. D15 is the edge choice that is part of the Overland (S412) combination. All edge choices available are shown on the Advanced RTF door selections page. To further this lesson, look at the design Laredo (S408). That is shown on door style
580. What Laredo represents is the cut view below the door, that little V-groove and then a square outside edge. So if you would like the Laredo (S408) but on door style 570, 523, etc., please mix it up however you
would like. Do note that there are some profile restrictions and those are listed on the black and white spec guide pictures shown below the color pictures.
This first RTF door web page is meant to keep things simple.
- a) select a "preset" profile combination which are the design names on the color pages;
- b) select a door style from the black and white spec guide pages, and a drawer front style;
- c) select the RTF color that you would like (color images shown below);
- d) then decide if you need the doors bored for concealed hinges or not;
- e) if ordering mullion or frame only doors, still order by design name for matching profiles;
- f) send us an on-line quotation request, all pricing is done by quote request
The other two RTF pages: Advanced RTF door selections | Quality Doors cross reference to WalzCraft designs
are for more extensive frame, panel, and edge profile combinations that you can create. And for old Quality Doors customers looking for something exact or similar to what you already have in your kitchen.
We had offered Quality Doors from 2001 to 2009. We know Quality Doors were popular in the super warehouse giant stores.
We would like to assist our former Quality Doors customers and others if you require something to match to your old doors. WalzCraft Industries has also gone to great measures to accommodate this need. Now your work is ahead of you.... |
