Series 800 Plywood Mitered Doors

Three color image sample door pictures, line art denoting the various choices you have, profile links, and a table showing your various wood species will display below. Finish availability varies by wood species. Doors can be ordered unfinished or finished. Watch the minimum size requirements in the charts below.

What you need to know about series 800 doors: You will have to select a door design from the line art below, and an "allowed" edge profile to create the look you will like. Profiles can be viewed on the profiles page.

You also need to select a wood choice, and then state unfinished, or select from one of the finish choices for that wood. A few profiles are allowed for glazing, most cannot be glazed. More detailed info on that is on the wood finishing page.

You will need to provide quanity and size info. Doors can be bored for concealed hinges. For series 800 doors you can just state "bore" since there are no arch top choices. If hinge up and down placement is different from the norm, such as 5-1/4" OC from the bottom and 2-3/4" OC from the top, then left or right boring will become important to note again. This is only if you have special placement due to various reasons.

This is an easy series to order from. There are not many options. You basically select a design and an edge. There are no frame or panel choices in Series 800.

Quality Doors series 800 doors and drawer fronts specifications 

Please note at the bottom of this second graphic, there is a table that shows which edge choices are allowed with each door design. There are restrictions. You cannot mix and match as freely as with series 200 doors. Frame widths are not variable for series 800 doors. On the ordering form, you will not select a frame or panel profile. The design number of series 800 doors designates the frame. The panel is plywood.
