Quick GMAIL note: If you gave us a GMail e-mail address to respond to, please check that GMail spam folder found hidden way down in your list of folders for a reply from us in the event that GMail went off the deep end and decided to classify our return response to you as Spam. Not everyone is aware that there is even a SPAM folder. It does not prominently show, you have to click down to see your extended folder list.
Our ordering form(s) encrypt and send your order data to our office. There was no on-line robot or shopping cart that did anything. A real person will review your submission and get back to you shortly.
IN STOCK ORDERS: We will generally process your order the same day or some time during the next day, and we ship orders right away. We will e-mail you a copy of your invoice, showing your order total. That e-mail is sent from email@example.com. For some smaller parts orders that are lightweight and that we choose to ship through the US Postal System for a better shipping rate, we will respond in 1 to 2 days. We go to the post office twice a week. Whereas with UPS, we have daily pick up.
QUOTE FIRST ORDERS: If you submitted your order as please quote total first, then we will quote it, and most likely do so via e-mail. We may follow up with a phone call too. The two e-mails we generally respond from are: firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com We will try to get to the quote as quickly as possible. Our goal would be within the same day. But if the phone is going nuts, or we have other distractions, it could take us 1 to 2 days to get back to you. Please be patient with us, we will respond. (And for Earthlink, AOL, Gmail, and other e-mail services that have SPAM filters set on NO-NONSENCE, please add our two e-mails as okay. We are not going to spam you with any crap. We don't do that.)
DIRECT SHIPS: For custom made products, such as those from Arthur Harris, Woodmont Doors, Walzcraft Doors, Rock Solid, BuckSnort Lodge, Classic Brass, etc., we will process your order right away. Your invoice will be e-mailed and show an estimated ship date based on each manufacturer's average production times. Other companies that we choose to set up orders as direct ships because we do not stock the millions of pieces of available hardware (really, we don't), we will note the estimated ship time on your invoice. Many are just a few days, but some could be a week or two. We will note what it is.
PAY BY CHECK: We will quote your order with accurate shipping and either e-mail or call you. Orders do need to be prepaid before they ship. And for custom made products, prepaid before we send our purchase order to the manufacturer. Our address is in the bottom left corner of all of our web pages. And in our e-mail signature lines.
NON-STOCK ORDERS: There are product lines that we stock, but we cannot stock all the choices. And some manufacturers have rules about minimums. So if your order is something that we will bring in to us first, we will let you know, and we will quote the average lead time it takes for us to receive it. An example is AC Products. We stock a lot of the ceramic bath hardware in white, bone, biscuit, and black. But in the other 98 available colors for 50+ pieces, we cannot stock 5,000+ combinations of parts. Nor does the manufacturer. So many products, even though they are not custom, do have some small lead times. We will order them in, and then charge your credit card at the time of shipping. (Many customers tell us that they have not seen a charge on their card, that is because we wait for the non-stock hardware to arrive first.)
We tried to explain each outcome above. When offering an array of kitchen and bath hardware products from various manufacturers that process orders differently, it can be tricky. Some companies do stock popular items, some make all items to order. Some don't allow direct ships, several will not ship outside the US. We try to accommodate all customers, both in and outside of the USA. Some custom made products will come to us first. Then we will ship them to Australia or Europe. Some products are huge, like the Rev-A-Shelf pull out trash cans, larger door orders, 59" long lights from Hera. So some items we may not be allowed to ship outside the US. SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE: We know most customers purchase just one product brand from us to cover their current home improvement or repair need. You may not be aware of all the products that we offer. Our Manufacturer Index page explains what each manufacturer produces. Our Products page attempts to outline the basic hardware that we offer. If you could, explore some more options that we may be able to help you with.
And also, share our website info with a friend or a review site. We would really like to get some nice reviews. If you are looking to leave us a not-so-good review, make sure you spell our company name like Wally-mart-World, or something like that. We do try to have a little fun here....

Seems that there are two places now to do it: a) In Google Search, you need to search for eclectic-ware (with the hyphen), and then our business listing should appear to the right. There is a button under it that says Write a Review. And b) Same thing in Google Maps, business listing comes up, Write a Review button is shown under it. Google reviews are important as Google places the most value on reviews written through their own web site. Little things like this can help us stay in business for years to come. Thanks.
And not that salty pink stuff in the can. We do not spam. No e-mail lists, no e-mail blasting, we don't have time for nonsense. Customers that need our products find us. We advertise, but we don't like intruding upon people in their e-mail. We're tired of the several hundred a day we get. But please do check your spam folder for an order response from us. Sometimes they land there. Please be certain to mark them as NOT SPAM if you have such a button, like Gmail does.
