What is Back in Black - Ceramic Black that is

BUT don't go there. Because, AC Products went out of business in November of 2022. And we have pretty much sold out of most of what was shown in that blog post. Some corner shelves and soap dishes remain, a tiny number of towel bars, a couple of shower caddies. Most of it has disappeared. And such a shame.

The good news is, here is what we can show you that is available from LENAPE. Yes, Lenape has stepped up and brought back the black!

It is a combination of the Lenape Pro Series, Carrousel Collection, and the revived AC Products recessed soap dish and TP holder.

Here's what happened. With AC Products going out of business, there was a greater need to find more ceramic bath hardware. Afterall, ACP's 700 series had about 40 items in it with most being available in 80 colors. A tough act to follow. Lenape stepped up to expand on this second most popular color.

Before we get too far, one quick mention. All the items in the above picture also are available in gloss white and gloss bone. Please keep that in mind. You will be able to view them and their pricing with the links we will add below.

Back to what Lenape did. In their Pro Series, a few years ago, they brought back the 1800-02 black 24" towel bar, the 1704-02 black large corner shelf, and the 1787-02 black tub soap dish with the cradle. The collection was fully available in white and bone, but limited in black. We, Eclectic-ware, emphasized to Lenape about how often requested black ceramic bath hardware is, and asked what they could do. And they did it. They brought back the 1803 vanity soap dish and 1883 matching toothbrush holder. The 1975 tub soap dish without the cradle, and the 1772 toilet paper holder. All of these items are thin-set mount. They have the protrusion on the back that is meant to set into tile, or a hole in sheetrock. The small corner shelf they refrained from adding back. The large works better. Thus the Pro Series expanded to include a great line of black accessories.

Lenape didn't stop there. When ACP closed up shop, Lenape acquired ACP's molds for the BR794 recessed soap dish and the BR796 recessed toilet paper holder. Thus, these are the same shape, size, contour as what AC Products had produced. Both available in white, bone, and ta da, BLACK. Shown in the upper right corner of the photo above.

And we did not stop there. The need for a clip on towel bar and TP holder existed too. We asked if they could bring back the 425-02 Carrousel black towel bar and 424-02 matching black TP holder. The posts are the same for each. They have that circle inside the square opening that lets a towel bar or the tiny nub TP roller to fit into them.

So black ceramic grew back into something worth talking about. And WE STOCK all the items shown above in Black, also in white and bone.
