By now you have received two automated e-mails from us. The first with all the product info and your personal info that you entered in our cart. And then the second confirming that you proceeded through the last step with your payment info. (If the automated e-mails did not show up, PLEASE check your SPAM folder. Over-aggressive spam filters block REAL e-mails.)
From here forward, a person, not a robot, will respond with your order progress. For items in our stock, we will process the order, e-mail you an invoice, and get it out the door. For direct ships, we will pretty much do the same, but give you the estimated lead time on our invoice as many direct ships for "custom made" products generally take 2 to 3 weeks before they ship. Direct ships for products that our manufacturers stock do ship quickly, usually within 1 to 3 days for most of them.
For anything that we have to order and bring into us first, we will tell you what is happening. Many products need to ship to us first to avoid some minimum orders set by the manufacturers, and also for foreign shipments and orders shipping outside the 48 Continental United States. This is why we overly suggest to let us determine the best shipping method because there is just so much to it.
