Thank you for your cabinet door order.
We will be sending in your door order to the manufacturer quickly, we do not delay them. When Woodmont Doors, Brushy Creek Custom Doors, or WalzCraft Doors confirms our submission to them, we will e-mail you your final invoice copy and let you know what they "estimated" as their shipping date. Most of the year, estimates are very accurate. But sometimes winter weather or other production delays can occur.
If you need to have tracking number details, please contact us after the estimated ship date as we cannot get any information from them until the order actually has shipped. Woodmont Doors uses UPS Ground almost exclusively. Much larger orders will ship flat on a pallet and via common carrier. Brushy Creek sends small orders via UPS, and larger orders via common carrier truck. WalzCraft seems to favor using FedEx Ground most of the time. But they have been known to ship via UPS or via a freight line on huge orders.
When you receive your order, check it out. Doors and accessories will be individually wrapped for protection, so when unwrapping and choosing to restack anything, try to layer that protection back between doors or other pieces until they are hung. Have some room to lay things out. Keep the dog from running across the surface of your new doors if just laying them on the floor. Don't let your aunt or uncle sit on them. Keep them safe until you get everything installed. You can double check the measurements and anything else too. Because if anything is wrong about your order, and it was a mistake by Woodmont, Brushy Creek, or WalzCraft, or the shipping carrier, we need to report it right away. They will take care of fixing anything wrong by their error or shipping damage. Which we would like to toot a horn right now that all three companies make very few mistakes! Doors are boxes with skillful protection in mind.
If there is a mistake by our error, we also will make up for it. If there is a mistake by your error, you get to re-order, re-pay, and then use your wrong doors somewhere else in the future. Mistakes can happen, they are never fun, but they will be resolved. But whomever made the mistake has to be responsible for the cost of making up for it. Thus all our warnings about double and triple checking everything....

Sometimes Woodmont, Brushy Creek, or WalzCraft has questions, and we communicate back and forth normally via e-mail. Sometimes they have so many inbound orders that it can take them 3 to 4 days to reply. All are high production facilities.
