The auto-responder e-mail should hit your inbox in a few seconds to potentially an hour. That is just to let you know that the 'robot' knows you sent in your request. Soon, a human will respond to your questions or comments. And by soon we mean, if we happen to be in our e-mail and the questions are easy to answer, a reply could happen quite quickly. But if we have to research an answer or wait for a manufacturer response, or are just out back playing frisbee with the dogs, eating lunch or dinner, or it is the evening or weekend, your reply may come the next day, or after the weekend.

We are very serious about responding to all inquiries (except for the spam from SEO and marketing companies that want to bug us). So, if you have not heard from us within a few days, something may have gone wrong. If you have an Earthlink e-mail address, or another that really likes to block just about every e-mail, do check your spam. If you have a GMail address that likes to hide the spam folder really low in the folder list where you cannot even see if spam e-mails are gathering in it, check that folder. And if still nothing, very possible that we sent a reply to the wrong e-mail. Now we have someone wondering why we just explained the mounting methods for ceramic bathroom hardware to a complete stranger.
