Ordering and Company Info
From the start of our business in December, 2000, through October, 2019, we had a straight forward ordering form on our website. You filled in your data, the part numbers and quantities, credit card info, and any comments. Then you sent the form and a real person processed your order. Now we have upgraded to the shopping cart process for almost the entire website. Highly custom made items like the cabinet doors and Arthur Harris stainless steel handles, we quote first, and then have you submit payment info later to proceed as an order. Our shopping cart function is still processed by a person after results are submitted. We still use the personal touch.
So whether you order the more common way as with most websites, or would like to submit an order the more traditional way, we want to keep the traditional choice available. The form below is secure, just like any shopping cart submission. See the 's' in the https in the address bar (if on a PC or Laptop).
We will keep this form available because some of our long term repeat customers are use to it. And they have a link saved to it. And we don't want the link to come up with an error. So we recreated the same form on the newer version of our website for that convenience. We also accept orders over the phone for anyone who prefers calling.
After submitting your order, we will get back to you within a day or two. We do not trigger an auto-responder to send you a response to this submission. A real person will reply. So if you are ordering something that we need to order, we will e-mail you to let you know that your order was received and we are working on it. We will quote lead times, and add any other needed notes.
If you ordered something we have in stock, or normally set up as a direct ship, we will most likely just e-mail you with a copy of the invoice to let you know the order was processed and is shipping now. Or a note will be on the invoice to let you know the estimated ship date for anything that we set up as a direct ship from the respective manufacturer. That e-mail will come from email@example.com
If you have not heard from us within 4 days, very possible that something went wrong. Such as either you or we mis-typed your e-mail address. Or one of those famous E-mail spam blockers is stopping our message from reaching you. So if you have not heard, do let us know. We cannot control Earthlink and GMail whom seem SPAM happy and like to block real e-mails.
