Bar Bracket Adjustable Shelf Brackets

The Bar Bracket is an adjustable shelf bracket system for shelves from 1/4″ up to 1-1/4″ thick. It is reminiscent of early modern architecture, utilizing rectangular bars in vertical and horizontal cantilevers with a slick industrial dove tail adjustment system. So if you like the look of thicker wood shelves on your walls, this is a stylish and decorative bracket system that can work. If you even want to mortise it in to the rear side of your shelf, you potentially could use it for thicker than 1-1/4" shelves. Just take note of its 60# weight limit per pair. Available in brushed black, brushed chrome, and brushed brass finishes.

The Bar Bracket is a decorative shelf mounting system leaving a small footprint on your wall. It is not like shelf standards and brackets that go up and down the whole wall height, then have cheesy looking blade style brackets and a lot of empty holes. Decorative mounts are great for the living room, your bedrooms, in the kitchen, or home office. Dress up your walls with good looking shelf brackets.

But because the Bar Bracket can accommodate shelves up to 1-1/4" thick, it most likely will be used more with decorative wood shelves. There are a lot of creative people out there that can make fancy shelves. Those with a nice routered edge, some with fancy scroll fronts, some with a face frame edge to give the illusion that they are even thicker yet. You can make shelves from Oak or Birch plywood, pine planks, and various other woods that you can find. Why settle for one-size-fits-all out of the box, when you can create your own custom sizes to fit your room. And your need for what you want to show off on your shelves.
